The Dior lip glow oil is a glossy lip oil that nourishes and enhances your lips. Available in ten different shades, it is infused with cherry oil to protect and hydrate your lips, whilst also enhancing your natural colour.
I’ve used this lip oil daily since December 2022 when I was gifted it as a Chirstmas present. I immediately loved it, and it has remained a staple in my makeup bag ever since. Almost every time I leave the house, I have this with me. Over the years, I’ve swapped between using shade 000 Clear and 001 Pink. Whilst I do love both, the pink is my overall favourite. The shade is the slightest hint of pink that really just brings out my natural lip colour. Day to day I don’t wear any lipstick or lipliner, this is enough.
Priced at £33 the lip glow oil isn’t the cheapest. However a little goes a long way. In my opinion, it’s a worthwhile staple that you will only need to replace a couple of times a year. Ultimately what I love most is just how much of a glossy look this creates – without giving that sticky feeling of a traiditonal lipgloss. Whilst any gloss or oil will naturally wear with eating and drinking, I do find this oil to last fairly well. For example on a busy working day in the office, a lunch time and mid-afternoon top up is enough for me. The wide doe-foot applicator is also comfortable to apply and works well to ahieve an even layer.
